The manufacturer of road wideners and bitumen emulsion sprayers is looking for a representative

Difficult times, and such are certainly the two years of the coronavirus pandemic, always verify the position of manufacturers and suppliers in the construction machinery industry. Under these unfavorable circumstances, the renowned Polish HYDROG, a manufacturer of machines for the construction and maintenance of road surfaces, is developing to such an extent that in just 3 months it will start the construction of the seventh production hall and will increase employment to 200 employees.

Due to the fact that HYDROG is currently looking for representatives in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries, we would like to present this interesting company and its product portfolio. Among them you can find road wideners, road shoulder cutters, bitumen emulsion sprinklers, asphalt thermo-containers, patchers, boilers and pavers for mastic asphalt, crack sealing machines for cracks and edges, 3 types of hydraulic sweepers and others.

Our offer includes 30 machines, each of them in several available configurations - says Krzysztof Cichocki, the owner of the company - That's a lot, but production diversification is needed to meet the fluctuations in demand on various markets. Thanks to this, we use our production capacity and maintain a strong position on the market. There is probably no other such factory in Europe at present.

Providing high quality with such a wide range of products is possible thanks to modern production technology, excellent organization of the company and professional management. The product path begins in the design department, where production and technological documentation is created. In separate halls there are, among others automatic steel warehouse, CNC machine tools department, cutting and plastic forming department, welding shop, shot blasting department, spray paint booth and automatic powder coating plant. In the main assembly hall, bodies, parts and subassemblies take the form of ready-to-work machines and devices. As of today, the production capacity of the plant is about a thousand machines per year. The warehouses of parts, components and semi-finished products look extremely impressive.

- Millions of EUR are frozen in the spare parts warehouses, but thanks to this we are winning the competition in terms of the delivery time of parts to customers - says Tomasz Struzik, director of the sales department - This is extremely important, especially when the contractor has a very tight construction schedule and cannot cope allow the machine to stop.

The machines are distributed through a network of official representatives in different countries and directly from the factory if there is no local dealer in a given market. HYDROG focuses on long-term and ethical cooperation in accordance with the principle that the benefits should be shared by both the end customer and the distributor, and finally the factory. The manufacturer provides commercial and service training.
