Compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Dear Customer, do you know how we process your data? (Information obligation on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679/UE dated 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the personal data processing and on the free flow of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU Official Journal L 119, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).
1. Scope of data: we process the following categories of your data: identification data, contact and correspondence data, and, if you are our customer, also data regarding offers, orders and concluded contracts, data on possessed carrier (vehicle or device, to which we adjust our machine), complaint data, and financial data (bank account data, product funding data);
According to the GDPR, Personal Data are data on natural person, who has been or can be identified. On the basis of your consent, the necessary data in case of making a telephone or electronic contact on the contract foreground in order to establish partnership with the HYDROG ZBM Company are e.g.: name and surname, e-mail address, and telephone no. We process the data of our customers for the purpose of maintaining a trade relationship and carrying out contracts.
2. Administrators and goals and bases for entrustment:
• The Personal Data Administrator is the HYDROG ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN Company with office in Poland, 93-348 Łódź at ul. Demokratyczna 119 BC, hereinafter referred to as the HYDROG ZBM Company.
• Access to your Personal Data will be granted to:
• the Administrator’s associates authorised to process them at his request,
• entities, to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of Personal Data, including: suppliers of financial and accounting services related to the conducted business activity, suppliers of IT and logistical services related to the conducted business activity, suppliers of legal and advisory services related to the conducted business activity in the event of the Administrator pursuing claims; with the observance of any and all guarantees ensuring the safety of entrusted Data.
Your data are safe with us. We are utilising a series of technical and organisational measures, which provide the safety of processed Personal Data and are appropriate to threats and Data categories covered by the protection, in particular securing Data against sharing them with unauthorised persons, being taken by unauthorised person, being processed while violating the Regulation mentioned above, and change, loss, damage, or destruction.

We do not process your sensitive data, from the perspective of GDPR, for example, political views, health or sexual orientation data. We do not process our clients' profiling processes, so we do not automatically process customer personal data in order to predict their behavior. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
4. Advising on the rights:
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct it, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hydrog@hydrog.com or via the form located on the contact form. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.
