Product line of sand, salt and other gritting materials spreader is intended for de-icing and winter maintenance of road surfaces. Each machine can be equipped with a module for the distribution of the brine and a brine generator.

Design and implemented solutions

Spreader tanks can be optionally made of acid resistant steel or regular steel with professional corrosion protection. There are three types of feeders: conveyor, scraper conveyor or auger. Above the feeder there is an optional de-agglomerating shaft. The shape of the delivery chute prevents wedging of the material on the spreading disc. Simultaneously with the dispensing of the gritting materials onto the spreading disc the brine is dosed in proportions selected by the operator. The conveyor and the spreading disc are driven hydraulically. Each of the spreaders can be equipped with a precise spreading capacity control and a lateral distribution system.

Control

Hydrog sand and salt spreaders are equipped with automatic control based on PLC controller, color touch screen and the "all in one joystick" system. The spreader control is integrated with the snowplough.
